- Cloudinary — image storage and optimization

- Google Sign-In — account authentication

- Agora — real-time video calling. Agora may process audio/video streams and      technical information needed to establish and maintain calls, such as device and network       information, user identifiers, and channel information.

4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure, Cloudinary, Agora for video calls but don't save calls. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Diccle uses your location to show nearby users. Location data is stored as a GeoPoint in our database and is only used for matchmaking purposes. We do not share your exact location with other users.

6.Video Calling

Diccle allows users to make voice and video calls to other users through the app. With your permission, the app accesses your device's microphone and camera when required for calling.

We use Agora's real-time communication technology to transmit voice and video between call participants. Agora may process technical information, such as device and network information, user identifiers, and call channel information, to provide and maintain the service.

Diccle may process call-related information, including caller and recipient identifiers, call status (such as accepted, rejected, or missed), call duration, and timestamps, to manage calls, enforce call limits, prevent conflicting calls, and maintain service reliability.

Call Recording and Storage:

Diccle does not record or store video-call or voice-call audio or video. Calls are transmitted in real time using Agora's communication services. We may process and retain call-related metadata, such as caller and recipient identifiers, call status, duration, and timestamps, to manage calls and maintain service reliability. This metadata is separate from call audio and video.

Users should avoid sharing sensitive personal information during calls. If you experience unwanted behaviour, use any available blocking or reporting features and contact us through our support details.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
